SentinelMED medical director Dr. Eugene Delaune will be a featured speaker at the 25th annual Travel Health Insurance Association of Canada conference in May.
THiA describes the conference as a "must-attend event for current and future leaders in the travel insurance industry." The three-day event in Quebec will bring together executives, advisors, and regulators to discuss issues facing the travel insurance industry and consumers.
Founded in 1998, THiA is Canada’s national organization representing service providers that support the travel industry, including emergency assistance companies such as SentinelMED.
Dr. Delaune serves as the Medical Director for SentinelMED, where he is actively involved in the planning and execution of the aeromedical transportation of hundreds of patients each year. He has medical licenses in 13 states, was trained by NASA as a landing-site Physician, and was trained and certified by the U.S. Air Force as a Critical Care Aeromedical Transport Team (CATT) Physician.
